- Exploit someone in a traumatic situation for our gain
- Collect charges for our services from a person that is legitimately indigent and not insured
What we will ALWAYS do
- SERVE the community and individuals with property damage
- Guide property owners to the best of our ability to make sound decisions that serve THEIR interests
- Serve the people first, then property
- Secure the property
- Install measures to mitigate further property damage
- Provide a Community Impact Statement for each fire loss

We offer 24/7 services and provide a one-hour response.
We are a dedicated division of Southeast Restoration, a full-service licensed general contractor specializing in insurance repair. Founded in 1999, Southeast has grown to eight locations currently that provide emergency services, mitigation, structural repairs and construction services to both residential and commercial properties.
